Prices can vary depending on the service you provide but to sum it up. 

Apparel: 40$ per 3 ads

Beauty: $50 per 3 ads

Home/ Home improvement: 70$ per 3 ads 

I am able to offer ads to everyone but those are just some baseline prices for google, a lot can go into these ads including time, building, design, and pushing them to the target audiences. 

The great thing about Facebook ads is the budget. As soon as you give me the budget for the ads or how many ads you want posted I can then go in and set my price to get everything set up for you, for example if your budget was 200$ a week i would charge about 600$ for everything to be set up and start pushing.
